Today we had the opportunity to see a Peruvian weaving demonstration in a women’s center. Jessica, Judah, and Erikka lent a hand, dying the yarn with rocks and minerals. After exploring the women’s work and after Stephanie bought half of the weavings, we made our way to the Maras salt ponds. If you stick your hand in the water for a minute, the salt will crystallize in your hands!! After that, we visited the Ollantaytambo Sanctuary.
